HelpMe allRounders

I have a new thought today to help our city dwellers and even for village dwellers in Kerala.This thought is originally coming by 2 years back and kept in mind to develop a business model.

This can be done by newly elected Local Self Government bodies just like SHGs.

The shortage of  people who can do small  household works is very acute in Kerala because of preference for whitecoller jobs.

My thought is like to create a group of people who are well trained to do all household jobs like climbing coconut trees, minor electrical works, plumbing works, messentry, carpentry, welding, TV repairing, gardening, cleaning, fogging and nursing. ( You add anything which is relevant for a household)

They are equipped with all relevant tools ( we can train them ) and have good Uniform, branding and identity cards . They are branded all rounders with safety-caps, mobile application, smart-card, automatic identification technology and tracking systems in order to ensure transparency and efficiency in operations and enhanced productivity with modern tools and technologies.

They will be better paid and their work speed and mufti task performance will generate public appreciation both for them and their Local Self Government bodies.

In future their efficiency can be extended to  Container Factories by which a small industrial unit with mobility for mufti-tasking jobs is possible. For example cleaning and painting of flat or office can be done with a few hours work by a team of HelpMe allRounders.  Container Factory is equipped with generator set and all necessary tools  ready to use with trained staff. These Container Factories have mobility to move from one site to another and have enough power  for welding, drilling, plumping, cutting, bending, etc to do small job-works.

The main advantage of this system is timely availability of workers to households and small and medium establishments.

This will assure white collar type jobs with high salary. We can also deploy migrated people for this HelpMe allRounders concept.
